Twinning with Mr. Navo

Mr. Navo started at the District Office at 8:00.  After working for 43 minutes, he drove 18 minutes to Del Rey Elementary.  He walked classrooms for an hour before driving 15 minutes to Jefferson Elementary.  He stayed there for 65 minutes.  Next, he spent 6 minutes driving to WAMS.  He attended a staff meeting for 34 minutes and then observed the After School Program for 22 minutes.  He drove for 4 minutes and arrived back at the DO.  What time was it when he arrived at the District Office?
